I would also reinstate revenue share which would redistribute the total revenue collected in Albany back to the counties and municipalities, and I would reinstate a progressive taxation that would give 95% of New Yorkers a tax break an additional $8 billion in revenue. A Green New Deal creating Green jobs such as solar, wind, tidal, geothermal and hemp. Create a single payer health care for all New Yorkers. |
