I support and fully funded health care(Single payer health care) Medicare for all. many working class people lack the funds for housing resulting in homelessness. A progressive income tax would support a tuition free State University system.
I support eliminating property taxes replacing it with a personal income tax. A progressive taxation would reduce and or eliminate property taxes and utilize the existing stock transfer tax along with reinstating revenue share from Albany.
Stop rebating Wall Street our existing stock transfer tax which generates $12-15 billion per year, reinstate revenue share from Albany, and go back to the pre 1972 tax levels that would generate up to $8 billion per year. This will leave New York in a $30 billion surplus.

A Green New Deal creating Green jobs such as solar, wind, tidal, geothermal and hemp. Create a single payer health care for all New Yorkers.
